Lydia Christian

Lydia received her BA in psychology and business administration from Adrian College in 2022. Her professional experience includes working for Adrian College’s Office of Graduate Studies where she drafted proposals and created marketing plans to promote graduate programs, and an assessment to determine satisfaction levels among graduate students at Adrian. Lydia became interested in leadership and behavior change during her time as a collegiate volleyball player and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in organizational behavior management at Western Michigan University. In her free time, Lydia enjoys hiking, exercising, playing volleyball, and any outdoor activity.
