Max is a former green-tech CEO with real world leadership experience.

Max’s penchant for supporting individuals’ leadership journey is born from a deep-seated belief that humanity needs, more than ever, the fully engaged and effectively applied talents of change makers the world over. He brings nearly two decades of corporate management and start-up business experience to Nofsinger Group, including three years as a CEO for a family-owned enterprise, with regular board-level interaction. Most recently, Max oversaw start-up, growth, and merger of a multi-million dollar disruptive green-technology firm that conserved more than two trillion gallons of water. He was a frequent speaker on national media channels, including CNN and NPR. Max earned an MPA from Harvard’s Kennedy school with a concentration in leadership, studied leadership at Georgetown University, and holds a B.A. in International Relations.
